reminder: it is safe

It is safe.
It is safe to breathe deeply.
It is safe to not be doing, doing, doing.

Even when you feel behind, or overwhelmed, or like there is’t enough time for your list of todos — there is.

And it is perfectly safe to pause, to be, to soak in this moment around you.

You won’t die if you don’t touch your phone for the next hour.
No one is mad at you.
No one is disappointed in you.
There is nothing imperative that you need to accomplish.

It is safe to simply enjoy this moment.
